House League Refund Policy

At Mississauga Soccer Academy, we understand that circumstances may change. Please review the policy carefully before registering.

Refund Eligibility

• All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected]
• Refunds are only considered prior to the start of the program.
• During the first two (2) weeks of the program, approved refunds may be prorated at the club’s discretion.

After Week 2

• After Week 2 of the program, no monetary refunds will be permitted.
• Any approved adjustments after Week 2 will be issued as an account credit only.
• Account credits are non-transferable and may be used toward future programs.

After Week 4

• After Week 4 of the program, no credits or monetary refunds will be issued.

Payment Obligations

• All installment payments must be completed as agreed at registration.

• Players with outstanding balances will not be permitted to register for future programs until the account is paid in full.

Injury Exception

• In the case of a season-ending injury, a doctor’s note must be provided.
• Approved medical withdrawals will be prorated based on the remaining portion of the season at the time the written notice and medical documentation are received.
• Administrative and processing fees ($50 + 3%) will still apply to any monetary refund issued.

Administrative & Processing Fees

All approved monetary refunds are subject to:

• A $50 administrative fee, plus
• 3% of the total original order amount (payment processing fee).

These amounts will be deducted from the refund total.

Non-Refundable Items

• Uniforms, merchandise, and third-party fees.
• Any non-refundable deposits.

Competitive Program Refund Policy

Competitive programs operate under fixed roster commitments and governing body regulations.

• Competitive program fees are non-refundable.
• Gear and clothing items are non-refundable.
• Releasing players must be submitted in written form via email to the club Registrar.
• Player releases are conducted strictly in accordance with Peel Halton Soccer Association approved dates and policies.

Injury Exception (Competitive)

• In the event of a season-ending injury, a doctor’s note is required.
• Approved medical withdrawals may be prorated based on the remaining portion of the season, at the club’s discretion.
• Administrative and processing fees may still apply.

By registering in any program, families acknowledge and agree to these terms.
